To help manage the free-roaming community cat population in Northeast Ohio, Rescue Village endorses a method known as Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). TNR addresses cat overpopulation where it starts–uncontrolled reproduction. Fix-It-In-the-Farmland provides affordable spay and neuter services for household pets along with vaccines for cats and dogs in Northeast Ohio, with priority given to Geauga County residents. Ohio Paws with Purpose (formerly Willowick Pet Food Pantry)

We only work with PetFix in Euclid and accept only pets located in Cuyahoga or Lake County. You will be responsible for getting your pet to the appointment in Euclid. Ohio Paws with Purpose provides vouchers for FREE spay/neuter services for cats performed at PetFix in Euclid for pets. Our organization provides partial payment to PetFix towards the cost of the spay/neuter of dogs. Ohio Paws with Purpose will also allow INDIVIDUALS who wish to spay/neuter community cats near their home to apply for assistance. A maximum of 3 cats may be spayed/neutered. Lake Humane Society offers spay/neuter surgeries for owned pets in the community. Pet spay/neuter surgeries are scheduled for Thursdays and may also be scheduled on Tuesdays throughout the winter months. Deposit Policy: A $35 deposit is required to secure your appointment, and a $80 deposit is required if booking a spay/neuter surgery. These deposits are non-refundable. Clinic Hours Appointment Required: Mon–Thurs (spay/neuter surgeries), morning drop-off/afternoon pick-up, and 2nd & 3rd Saturdays of each month and every Friday (wellness services), 8 am – 12 pm.

Friends of Animals Spay/Neuter Program Certificates
This organization helps pet owners in ALL COUNTIES. They provide a list of veterinarians that accept their certificates for spay/neuter services. PLEASE NOTE: Each veterinarian in our program has their own terms and prices of additional services that you must pay for at the time of the surgery. Inoculations are the responsibility of the pet owner and may be required by the veterinarian. Certificates ordered online are sent via U.S. First Class postal mail the next business day.
